Dartford Warbler at Cheltenham and Mandarin duck at Cannop ponds

We went to see the Dartford Warbler at Pittville park in Cheltenham, we soon located it with Dave's amazing knowledge we first saw Stonechats and Dave said that the Dartford Warbler tends to follow them about and then within minutes we saw the Dartford Warbler, it followed the Stonechats all around we had really good views such a beautiful little bird, love the eye looks so cute.
So happy I got to see him :) we then went onto Cannop ponds in the forest of dean, Dave new how much I wanted to see Mandarin Ducks and knew they would be there, he was right there was lot's of them absolutely an amazing buzz I felt to see these stunning Ducks in the wild and so close up, the colours on them are so striking, I was so excited.
Also we were quite surprised to see Raven feeding on the bread in the river they were not bothered at all by the people around, was lovely to see them on the ground as I had only seen them in flight before. There was also a funny looking coot think he had abit of albino in him I liked him.
This was a Brilliant day perfect :)
